What is the one invention you can't live without? Explain.

Something I could not live without it would have to be the use of internet. I could not live without internet because I need it to do stuff. For example we need internet for school to do reaserch on projects, and I could also not live with out it because it is what intertains me when I am bored and dont have anything to do. :)

I could never live without the assistance of electricity. My lifestyle has developed around using electricity in many tasks. If I did not have any electricity I would be bored, and troubled by many things I wouldn't be if I did have electricity. Electricity is mainly important because with its existence many amazing inventions and devices have populated the world.

I could never live without technology. things like my phone and laptop i would not be able to live without. its how i keep in touch with all my friends and family. i would be super bored. i hate being bored so its a big plus for me. even like my T.V. it helps me sleep at night. a lot of technology helps people too. its a life saver to some.

The one invention that I could not live without would probably be the internet because then we wouldn't have email or Facebook or a lot of other things that we have on the internet. Then there wouldn't be internet on phones you couldn't play and download games or they wouldn't have apps for phones, tablets, and other things.

One invention I could not live without is the internet. Since the internet was invented people can do way more things than they could have done before. For example they can do research much easier and faster. People also use the internet to communicate through Facebook, email and even Youtube. Many people just use the internet for fun and games. All of these things would not be possible without the internet and that is why I could not live without it.

The one invention i can't live with out is the wheel because with out the wheel i would have to walk to our school from Moreno Valley. With out the wheel everyone would be fit, sure but everyone would be exhausted from walking everywhere. We can't even ride bikes with out the wheel and think of all the electronics with out the wheel how would we have gears.

An invention that I would not be able to live without is the internet. It would be difficult to research things for a particular school project or an essay without the internet. I also enjoy using the internet for personal reasons like facebook and music. It would also be difficult to communicate with friends and family that live far away.

The invention that i would not be able to live with is electricity . I would not live with out light is because you basically need everything with light. Examples of this is that you would be able to have a phone, computer, television, or even hear the radio. that is why i would not be able to live with out the light.

I do not think I'd be able to live without shoes...or socks. I hate looking at feet: they are discusting. I don't even like my own feet! I could not live without shoes because, otherwise, I would have to look at feet all day, and I never want to do that! On a side note, I hate flip-flops, also. Plus, I hate walking barefoot; it hurts.

There is no way for me to just pick one invention that i couldn't live without. I guess the most important to me would be the internet and my phone. The internet because it can help you find anything. I couldn't live without my phone because it helps me stay connected with friends and family that don't have a facebook.

The most important invention in my life would be any automobile. Cars make travel simple and without them traveling to places we always visit in minutes or hours would take days or weeks walking. without cars seeing family or just eating out would be impossible.

There are so many inventions that i love, but if i had to pick one it would be the internet. With the internet everything i want is at my fingertips. Online I can shop, watch videos, listen to music, and talk to my friends. It's great to have for school too. Hours of reaserching out of books can take a few minutes on the internet. However, if we didn't have the internet I wouldn't have to do this homework assignment, so maybe i don't need the internet . . . . . . . . nah!!! I keep the internet and suffer through homework.

An invention I would not be able to live without would be electricity. I use electricity EVERYDAY in my life. when it comes to using it for light, to turn on the computer or television, and everything else that requires electricity. without it, I would probably die of boredom! that's sad to say, but yeah I would not be able to live without electricity.

One invention I can't live without is my cellphone. My cellphone lets me do everything with the apps it contains. It can go on the web, or let me use my app dictionary. It always let's me keep in touch with family that I can not see. It always helps me keep me from being bored. I can live without my computer, cause now and days a phone is just like your computer.

One invention i could not live without would have to be clothing. I know its weird but i would not want to see anyone exposing themselves to me or the rest of the world. Clothing is something we use everyday. Even if clothing were something that was never invented we would all think its probably normal, but since we know what its like to have clothing I find it to be very disturbing not having clothes.

One thing I can't lie without is my Playstation 3, I've been gaming since I was little and now have a passoin for it. I feel It's just the same as any sport or TV show people usually get addicted to. ONe invention i couldnt live without would be smart phones. It is not only a cell phone to communicate through calls and text messages but a device containing internet. With it containing internet you can also locate all web pages and now communicate through emails.

One invention I do not think I could live without would be the refrigerator. If the refrigerator was not created I would have no where to store my food. If i couldn't have food well then I would starve to death and that would be a bad thing. Also if there was no refrigerator you could not have food last very long before you would have to throw it away.

If we did not have automobiles i would not be able to get around easy, i would have to walk everywhere and that would take TOO long! Although automobiles may be expensive and gas prices are going up i still think they are an invention i could not live without because we use them everyday to get places not in walking distance.

The most important invention I can not live with out is my cell phone because I always have to be talking to or texting someone. Without my cell phone I wouldn’t be able to get a hold of anyone, so I wouldn't be able to make plans with any of my friends. If I didn’t have my cell phone I would just be lost.

The last time that I was a pedestrian would probably have been a few weeks ago in Orange County. Something that I noticed as I walked is that people that are driving as I was the pedestrian payed no attention and was very rude as they drove by us walking and some people almost ran us over as we walked across the street.

The last time that i was a pedistrian was last weekend when I was walking in the streets of LA. What i noticed was that people dont pay attention when they are driving, because they are to busy txting on thier cellphones.

If I recall correctly, the last time I was a pedestrian was when I was in Los Angeles a few weeks ago. I was crossing an intersection when a ricer looking car(honda that loks ugly) passes by me with his blueish looking headlights and a fart cannon sounding car. I felt so mad because how can you do this to your and be speeding almost hitting a pedestrian.

the last that i remember being a pedestrian was when i was in Fair field, CA me and my Tio went walking to to Starbucks and we were going to cross the street the lights were on red and this guy on his Acura didnt even stop soo if i wouldn't of waited for my Tio most likely i would of gotten ran over but thanxs to God i didn't.

I am in cross country so i am always running on the streets. Being a pedestrian is nothing special. cars just slow down when they are near me and then they speed off.

It has been a while since the last time I was a pedestrian. I think I was a pedestrian last summer in June at the beach. As you know, beaches are always crowded, and I was walking across the street to go to the beach. I was waiting for cars to stop before I crossed but they seemed too careless about the group of pedestrians I was standing with. So then we just all started walking and we actually had to ask the people to stop so that we could get across. I saw that people were in a hurry to get where they needed to go, it looked like they didn't care about anything except themselves.

The last time i was a pedestrian was last Monday. I was walking to softball practice from my uncle's house since they live pretty close to the park. There wasn't really anything interesting to observe. Their were other people walking or riding bikes, many trees and houses, and a yucky green lake.

hmmmm the last time I was a pedestrian was about 2 weeks ago, when I walked to the park. I was craving those really yummy corns that the corn man sells and my mom didn't want to drive me there so I walked because it was like 10 minutes away. I noticed alot cars, but what caught my eye was when I saw a cop car pass a red light, and not stop at the stop sign. he didn't even have his emergency lights on.! yeah and I got my corn so and it was good.

If I am thinking clearly the last time I was a pedestrian was when I went to go get the mail. The mail box happens to be around the corner from my house, and the cars driving around that area are going pretty slow, due to the amount of stop signs. However there was an older lady standing behind a rather small bush, staring at me. I still wounder if she really thought I couldn't see her. CREEPY!

The last time i was a pedestrian, my friend and i were on Florida in Hemet (which is a very busy street) and we were walking to target. my friend wanted to jay walk but i did not want to die young. so we used the cross walk like good citizens. i thought it was interesting how people are so impatient. we were about to walk across the street, but then some big Ford truck almost hit us. its a good thing we hesitated to walk across.

The funny thing I noticed was that the drivers did not even glance to see if people were crossing either side of the road. Just last week on sunday I was a pedestrian walking across the street. I noticed that there was a lot of impatient drivers. I was passing down the street and a car was continuing to drive forward even when i was walking right in front of the driver's car. I nearly ran over twice that day by these impatient drivers.

The last time I was a pedestrian was about five days ago. I had been at a golf course with my friends; we don’t play golf we just like to watch people play whenever someone does come around. The course itself is usually very empty so we’ll normally go for bike rides or just roll down the hills. We hadn’t taken our bikes this day and we were all very hungry, so we decided to walk down a couple of blocks to the market place. I saw many passing cars, houses that were practically all identical, other pedestrians, brightly colored street signs and lights, green and leafy bushes that had a peculiar scent, and restaurants filled with what seemed as food deprived people (not really).

How much TV do you watch during the week? Is it too much, just right, or not enough? Should computer games, Facebook, etc. be in the same category as TV? Should you monitor how much time you spend on those activities?

Now, I hardly ever watch TV because of how busy I always am with either school or softball. I do think that the social network sites should be a part of TV because they all take up everyone's time with just sitting there and looking at a screen. I think that everyone should try to monitor their time on those types of activities especially if it's about Facebook It is the main reason as to why a lot of people don't get their homework done because they all want to know what's going on with everyone.

Well i really don't have time to watch TV, I am always on the go with sports and school it can get pretty Hectic. Although i do not have time to sit in front of an actual time I have to use the computer for some of my homework assignments, so this makes me go on Facebook. I do not think that Facebook should be considered TV because of the fact that they are completely different the only thing that makes them alike is that they are both a waste of time. I should monitor the time I spend on Facebook because it is a waste of my time and will not help me in my future.

Well i really do not have time to watch TV: I always come home late and have a lot of homework or studying to do.I only watch half a hour at the most each which is fine i guess.Facebook and TV are both different and should not be in the same categoris.Unlike Facebook, you can watch tv for hours at a time.I should just monitor time on Facebook cause it is a waste of time.

I do not watch TV as much as i used to; i never have time on my plate anymore. I believe i watch just the rigtht amount daily. Also, i do believe computer games, facebook, and smart phones are in the same catagory as Tv because they all are a sort of distraction. When it comes to education they are all a major case of procrastination and that is why i need to be careful with my time management.

i do not really spent a lot of time watching TV because that is pretty much a waste of time. sometimes when i have nothing to do i would sometimes watch tv but i usually spend my time at the park practicing. i dont spend time in facebook i only go just to check my messages thats pretty much it. i should monitor it because i usually spend to much at the park practicing. i spend about three hours at the park and about 2 hours at the tv and going on the internet.

Television is something I believe I spend an adequate amount of time on. Over the week I guess I may watch a little over 10 hours of the telly. Computer games, facebook, as well as all those other activities you can do on the computer should not count the same as watching the television. They apply a different kind of stimulation to your mind, keeping it active and wandering. It may be a good idea to monitor your time on these activities if they are stepping on more important things you want to do.

I watch very few hours of Television in a week. I only watch two to three hours of T.V. a week. The reason for this is because I am in three sports right now and if I get home before eight o'clock it is a great day. Now the only reason for Facebook is to ask friends for help on a project. I believe that the T.V. time for some people has grown out of control my cousin spends 18 to 20 hours a week watching T.V. or playing video games. I believe kids should be involved in sports and cut there television time in half.

I spend about probably a total of 2 days watching TV a week. I think that Facebook and computer games should not be in the same category because Facebook and computer games requires interaction as TV doesn't. Yes I think that I could cut back on Facebook time because I do spend a lot of time on Facebook and I would not want to have my Facebook time monitored because I think that I would be surprised on the number of hours that I spend on Facebook.

Usually, I do not watch any TV during the week, except after I finish my homework around 10. I maybe watch an hour a day at most. I think it works. I think Internet is in a different catagory, but video games are not; you do more on a computer than a TV but not if the use is to play a video game. I think I could cut back sometimes.

There is only one day out of the week that i watch TV. I watch football on Sundays which might take up like 4 hours and that's about it. So, i do not watch that much TV. I think it's a good amount of time. I think the Internet is in a different category because it's both helpful and wasteful. I think i could cut back on the amount of time i spend on the computer.

i feel that lately i havent had enough time to watch tv because i have been moving out. I have to organize my room and i dont think the tv is even plugged in yet. i dont go on facebook or on the internet because i dont have a computer at home, in fact, im typing this at the library right now. usually i go and do things outside like riding my horse or just kicking a soccer ball around. i think that facebook isnt considered tv because you just watch tv, whereas on facebook, you have to actually write comments. i think that we should monitor the time we spend on facebook or watching tv because they are not useful for your future and are in no way healthy.

Honestly I feel like I do not watch too much TV during the week. Between school and other activities I do not have as much time as I used to. I spend a total of 1-2 hours a week watching TV. I always have something going on during the week that keeps me busy. I do not think that Facebook should be under the same category as TV because they are to completely different things. Facebook is something that a lot of teens are getting addicted to.

I probably do spend about 6 hours of watching TV during the week. I mostly watch 'Greys Anatomy' and "Most deadly Women" I mostly watch it during the night when it's hard for me to sleep. I'm always being active. Im either running with my dog, or playing soccer. (yes my dog knows how to play) I'm also busy with homework and I try my best to get it all done before 8. I believe Facebook and TV is in the same category because they are both time wasters. They waste your time and do nothing productive.

During a normal week,I watch TV on Fridays after volleyball, and on weekends after my weekend homework is done. I feel that TV is like a treat to me, because when I watch TV, mind doesn't think. It's actually relaxing. I believe this is just the right amount of TV time in my life. I think Facebook should be in the category of TV because it is very distracting and doesn't really cause you to think about much, and it's entertainment. We would be alright if Facebook was never invented, I believe it was made for people who don't really have anything else to do. Going on for a little amount of time is okay, but when people spend hours on Facebook, I think that is a little ridiculous. I think you should monitor how much time you put into these things, because when you're on these things, you have less time to do other things. Like homework or studying, and sometimes, when people don't get things done, it might be because of these unimportant things.

I don't really watch t.v at all. I am overly occupied with school, sports, and other important duties. I can't say i even get on the computer or whatever a lot because i don't have time. I think school is such a big part of the students lives at Bridge that they don't have a whole lot of time to do these things anymore. Especially the fellow students that are participating in sports as well. T.V isn't a huge part of my life anymore so i would say it is not enough because i really don't have time to just relax.

I dont watch t.v. that much because of practice and homework. so I have no time to watch t.v.. i dont even go on the computer because the same reasons. computer games and facebook should not be in the same category as t.v.. Because it is not the same. no i do not watch t.v. too much or play computer games or go on facebook.

I don't watch t.v. a lot about an hour a day because i would be doing my homework or be outside or just working. And if I have I go on the internet most of my time like on facebook. With that time I could be doing something else that won't take my time.

Normally I only watch an hour of TV a night, if that. That's only one show! on Saturday and Sundays I'll watch more if I am not doing anything, but i see that as my time, and it's not like that is the only thing I'm doing. i think the amount of TV i watch is perfectly fine. i do not believe Facebook, video games, etc. should be included as "TV" only because you are actually doing something. Your either being social, or using you brain, and not just sitting in front of a screen full of colors. My time on these is managed as well, i might add.

i havent watched t.v for two and i think more because my dad hasnt payed the bill. and the internet i only use it to do homework cuz i hardly have time to do anything cuz im always buzzy o project, studying, or practicing playing the drums, guitar, and bass guitar.

I dont really watch alot of tv week during the week. i say it really isnt too much hours of tv per week maybe just right for me. i do think computer games and facebook should be in the same category because they are some form of distraction. i think my time on these isnt too much per week its just the right amount so i dont really need to monitor my time on these as much.

I haven`t had any time for T.V. or anything close to tv like facecebook, computer games,etc. I would say these things fall into the same catagory because they are distracting and take up time. I would actually say i don`t watch enough t.v. because I`m either doing sports, school, college, and homework, so i really don`t have time to relax including the weekeneds since we are given homework over the weekened. I think that alot of people who go to Bridge made this choice because the majority of people I know don`t have as much time on their hands and especially the ones in sports or other activities.

As far as TV goes I don't watch any for two reasons: I personally believe it's boring, and I don't have it at my house. My mom disconnected the cable about two years ago and I never really noticed because I never watched any TV. At the same time I'm not going to deny I have a problem with abusing the use of technology, I play video games probably more than most people watch TV. Yes, it is an addiction that probably needs to be eradicated while in school.

I hardly ever watch tv because i am too busy. The only time i ever put the tv on is the nights i cannot sleep i put it on something boring to put me to sleep. As for facebook and other activies such as viedo games, i never play viedo games i find them boring. I do go on twitter and facebook quite a bit but i do not think that it is too bad because i go on in the night when i am just laying there in bed getting ready to go to sleep. i could stop being on twitter and facebook and probably be studying for a test or reading for one of my classes.

i can hardly watch t.v. because i am swamped with homework or sports. although having know time i usaaly need some type of noise to fall asleep at night so i will turn it on. i dont thin facebook should be considered t.v. facebook but people just go on and see what friends pt and get off unlike t.v. you can stand there for hours. i think i should monotor my time on the computer because it dosent become time consuming.

I really do not have any more time too watch t.v. I think that I do not spend enough time watching t.v. The only time I get to sit down is at the end of the day for some nights. I do not think that facebook is in the same category as t.v because facebook is used to communicate with friends. I think that it really does not matter if I monitor my time on t.v because I do not spend much time on it anyway.

now that I have started school, I really do not have much time to sit down and watch t.v. School work and other things around the house take up most of my time. I actually feel like I need to watch more t.v. cause I don't even watch any anymore. Facebook should not be categorized as t.v. because when watching television, you can't talk with your friends. i do not think I should have to monitor my activities.

I don't get to watch as much TV as i usually want to. i have a lot of homework to do so i usually get to only watch tv for a total of an hour and a half a day. over the summer i would watch way more then that. i don't believe Facebook should be in the same category as TV because first of all you go on a computer or laptop for Facebook and secondly you use it to communicate to friends and family. i don't think i should monitor my activities.

People should monitor how much they spend on these activities because to much of Facebook or TV could be a bad thing.

I have the TV on but i don't watch it because im doing my homework. I forget that i even have the TV on and I just keep doing what I'm doing. So im not really watching the tv often only on the weekends that's when I have more time to watch TV. As for social networks, they should not be in the same category because TV is entertainment and social networks is socializing but both are distracting in the same way.

I hardly ever watch TV during the week, probably a couple hours for the entire week. Its just not something i have time for. Facebook is completely different from TV, but it is relative in the way that it wastes time. We should do our best to manage our time on these forms of technology.

Will I do not feel like I watch much T.V everday, because I feel like I dont have time for it.I feel like I spend more time doing homework and going to school than doing other fun things that i could be doing. I think that yes facebook and other things should be counted as T.V, because the computer is almost like a T.V too so it is like if u were watching T.V.The only difference between a computer and a T.V is that the computer you are the one controlling it an you dont controll a T.V.

i used to watch a lot of television in a week, but i have gotten busy in the last couple weeks and havent had much time. i do think that being on the computer should be in the same category as TV because some people go on youtube and watch videos, wich is pretty much the same thing as watching TV. im sure everyone should moniter how much time they spend doing theses activities otherwise you woudn't get anything done.

I normally just watch TV on sundays just to watch football. I'd say i watch like about 6 hours a week at most. I guess that i don't have time because of all the homework i get. I think video games shouldn't be put in the same category as t.v. because you are entertaining yourself in a whole different way. I think that you shouldn't monitor yourself because that is your relax time from school work.

I never really have the time because of school work. video games are in a different category because it is a different form of entertainment. I hardy watch any television at all; I simply don’t have the time for it sometimes. I wouldn’t consider it to be not enough because it really isn’t necessary, shows these days just aren’t as great as they used to be. I think it should be in the same category because it does take use of technology. I don’t think it’s something I should have to monitor; I would say I use the internet the most but keep it at a consistent amount. School consumes most of my time anyways but I would much rather be out with friends than sit at home watching a program. I don’t see what good you get out of it.

i think i watch a very good amount of t.v because i am busy alot. i go to school from school to football and from football to wrestleing and home to do home work. when i go on the computer i dont really use facebook alot but i dont think it should be banned because it is a good source of culture.
